About UsWelcome to the website of Hurricane Lake HRC. Hurricane Lake HRC is a member of the Hunting Retriever Club, Inc. which is affiliated with the United Kennel Club, Inc. UKC/HRC provides our guidelines and rules, licenses our hunts, maintains our retrievers information, and awards titles as earned. Every member of Hurricane Lake HRC is a waterfowl enthusiast who has experienced the efforts of a well trained retriever. For the majority of us, our love for waterfowl hunting and dogs has transformed into a passion for retriever training. Through year around training and testing, we have improved our retrievers and have extended our time in the field. "Our Season Never Ends" Located in Searcy, AR, we have members throughout the area as well as some from parts unknown. Our monthly meetings are held the third Thursday of the month with a training day the following Saturday. These meetings allow us to talk dogs and take care of club business. The training days allow our canine partners to see a variety of locations and terrain in preparation for duck season and hunt test season. You can check out our calendar on the home page. Hurricane Lake HRC is more than a place to train your dog. We are a family oriented club with a wide diversity of members.
